Back in Time @ the 219 - The 2000s Nov 6

Remember when the music was BIG, the nights were legendary and the dancefloor was where it all happened?

The 2000s brought an explosion of sounds, from indie anthems and electro-clash to funky house, nu-disco, hip-hop, R&B, and irresistible club classics that still hit just as hard today. Think LCD Soundsystem, The Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Daft Punk, Gorillaz, The Strokes and a whole lot more.

It was a decade of musical discovery, mash-ups, big beats and seriously good nights out. Whether you were living it for the first time or rediscovering the soundtrack, this is your invitation to rewind, reconnect, and dance.

Gump and Deejay Hooker take you on a sonic adventure through the sounds that defined a generation.

No nostalgia overload. Just great music, good people, and a dancefloor waiting to happen.
